Late morning again... It seems to always happen the day after we walk a lot (or do a lot). I don't mind it, but Damien is always restless. He does not know how to use that free time wisely (and when we are really busy he always complains about not having time to do certain things...ahhhh men!!!).
Once I got up, I was shower and had breakfast, I worked on my travel journal. I went on the roof, I am always alone and can do some stamping without people looking at me weird! Along with writing in my journal I stamped a few "currently" cards, for the incoming weeks. I will try to do one every Monday. I had a conversation with the cleaner, he is from Nepal, he has been studying in Australia for 4 years, has been working 2 jobs and hasn't been home in the last 4 years.
In the meantime, Damien was working on the computer, after a while he came up, requesting that I do some work for the rest of the trip. I did some research on how to travel up the coast by public transport (buses or trains). I also made a list of places I wanted to see between here and Brisbane, I signed up to a few more relocation places and went to cook lunch (pasta, pesto, courgettes and pees).
We ate around 4.30 / 5 pm. Then I talked with Gaƫtan, the French guy, he is also a writer (it is the 2nd one I meet in less than a week, it is a sign!!). He actually published his 1st book at 16 and since then has a few more. He sent me the PDF of his 1st book, it is about super heroes. He also has a blog and mini-series weekly (it is all in French and non-corrected) but he enjoys it and forces him to keep writing every week!
Around 6pm, it started raining pretty badly! It is good bacause it was SO heavy and hot today. D. left for his concert in the Opera House. He is going to listen to Joanna Newson, in the room we could not visit on Monday.!he got "a bit" rained on.
While there, he had his internet on, so the pictures he took appeared directly on my dropbox, so I could nearly see them as soon as he took them! It was cool. I worked on the blog until 2am (stupic loading time for photos) but at least a lot of days are written, I just need to add the photos (but select them at first...).
PS: keeping a daily blog is hard work!
