15/10 - slow day in Naggar

I am ILL…. Around 10am, Damien felt good enough and a bit restless, so he decided to go explore the town and see the Roerich Art Gallery, displaying painting from the Russian painter Nicholas Roerich and visiting his house.

He enjoyed the clear view of the Valley.

He also looked at a Temple in Naggar.

Damien came back around 3pm, I was still in bed reading, but apparently the weather was amazingly sunny outside. Damien took me out of bed, put on me all the layers I could and we went on the roof-terrace and ordered some food (my 1st meal of the day!). I took the same as yesterday because I knew I could eat that again and Damien took a Dal Makhni and 2 Rotis. While waiting we played cards.

Soaking up the sun (and heat) wearing 5 layers
After lunch the waiter ask us if food was nice/different from yesterday. I told him that I was so unwell that I could not really taste the difference but the food was really good. He explained that it was a different chef. We learnt later that the son of the owner did the cooking for us!

stunning sunset
As soon as the sun had set, we went back in the room (around 6.30pm) and had an early night.

Slept in the same double bed in Sheetal Hotel, in Naggar.
